Tate Metcalf

Tate has been in the Wellness Industry since 1988.  He started as an intern in a hospital based wellness center in his home state of South Dakota.  He received a degree in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado.  Tate was the Assistant Manager at the Athletic Club of Bend in Bend, Oregon before starting the Sisters Athletic Club in 2001.
